Abstract
Sonda intraoperatoria para procedimientos quirúrgicos radioguiados que comprende: un mango conformado por una carcasa (1), un botón de encendido y apagado (5), una fuente de alimentación (3) y una tarjeta electrónica (6); y un cabezal que comprende un circuito eléctrico (11), un detector (10) formado por un centellador inorgánico acoplado ópticamente a un fotomultiplicador de silicio (SiPM) y colimador; en donde el cabezal está formado por un conector de cabezal (9.1) unido a un cuerpo de cabezal (9.2); y porque el mango comprende un conector electro-mecánico de mango (2, 4) configurado para acoplarse de manera removible a un conector-electromecánico de cabezal (2.1, 4.1) emplazado en el conector de cabezal (9.1). La presente se refiere también a un sistema para realizar procedimientos radioguiados por medio de la sonda propuesta.Intraoperative probe for radioguided surgical procedures comprising: a handle made up of a housing (1), an on and off button (5), a power supply (3) and an electronic card (6); and a head comprising an electrical circuit (11), a detector (10) formed by an inorganic scintillator optically coupled to a silicon photomultiplier (SiPM) and collimator; wherein the head is formed by a head connector (9.1) attached to a head body (9.2); and in that the handle comprises an electro-mechanical handle connector (2, 4) configured to be removably coupled to a head electromechanical connector (2.1, 4.1) located in the head connector (9.1). The present refers also to a system for performing radioguided procedures by means of the proposed probe.
