Pechera envolvente para monitoreo E.C.G. constituida por una primera lámina (1) y una segunda lámina (2) adosada a la primera, ambas flexibles e inelásticas. Entre ambas láminas se única una pieza laminar magnética plana (30, 31) capaz de copiar los cambios de dirección al adaptarse al contorno del torso (42) del paciente; sobre la segunda lámina y en correspondencia con dicha pieza laminar magnética se dispone una pluralidad de cápsulas (10), presentando contra la segunda lámina (2) y en el extremo opuesto de dicha cápsula un contacto eléctrico que apoya sobre la epidermis del paciente; cada cápsula tiene medios de transmisión de la señal cardíaca recepcionada por dicho contacto a un dispositivo de E.C.G.
