Abstract

El método de análisis de fuerza de contacto o CFA para obtener estimaciones in vivo de la fuerza y presión de contacto en las cuerdas vocales directamente de videoendoscopias laríngeas comprende las etapas de: suministrar al menos video laringoscópico de alta velocidad (denominado High Speed Videoendoscopy o HSV) para generar al menos una imagen y videos de las cuerdas vocales; pre-procesar la imagen en una unidad de procesamiento, para definir una región de interés (ROI) de la ubicación de la glotis; detectar los bordes sobre los pliegues vocales en las imágenes obtenidas por el HSV, en la unidad de procesamiento; registrar los puntos detectados de los bordes mediante una secuencial de imágenes en dicha unidad de procesamiento; estimar la trayectoria del borde vocal durante la colisión a lo largo de tiempo en dicha unidad de procesamiento; y estimar los valores del contacto e impacto de las cuerdas vocales mediante un modelo de contacto.
