Abstract

Comprende un equipo (1) automático de calentamiento eléctrico controlado para producción de piezas estampadas, por medio del endurecimiento en herramienta a partir del estampado en caliente del material con materia prima específica, concediendo mayor dureza y resistencia mecánica a la pieza (P), lo que permite la creación de productos finales más ligeros y con soporte para mayores cargas e impactos. Está constituido básicamente de las siguientes partes: sistema controlador de calentamiento (2), sistema controlador de potencia (3), transformador de potencia (4), sistema de adquisición de datos (5), dispositivo mecánico de fijación (6) de la chapa (P) y realización del contacto eléctrico y sistema de compensación de dilatación (7).
