Abstract
En una técnica de centralización del estator mediante moldeo por inyección, un núcleo de moldeo se dispone dentro del tubo del estator, formando de ese modo un espacio anular entre el tubo del estator y el núcleo de moldeo. El núcleo de moldeo incluye una longitud de separación definida entre una primera y una segunda punta del lóbulo del núcleo de moldeo. Un miembro de centralización se ubica en el espacio anular, que tiene una longitud al menos tan extensa como la longitud de separación del núcleo de moldeo. Durante el proceso de moldeo por inyección, el material elastomérico se inyecta en el espacio anular detrás del miembro de centralización, que se ubica de forma adyacente al punto de inyección.
