Abstract
Las presentes formas de realización introducen un nuevo tipo de punto de acceso aleatorio en las corrientes de video bits, que puede usarse para las operaciones de acceso aleatorio, pero puede representarse en forma codificada a un costo en bits más bajo, en comparación con las imágenes IRAP. El punto de acceso aleatorio es una imagen de punto de acceso aleatorio dependiente (DRAP) que se codifica y decodifica usando una imagen IRAP como la sola imagen de referencia para ella. La imagen DRAP puede codificarse como una imagen final que puede usarse de referencia y se constituye en punto de acceso aleatorio en una corriente de video bits.
