Abstract

Algunas formas de realización de la presente invención se refieren a un método para reducir la concentración de sílice reactivo en una primera composición que comprende agregar a la primera composición una primera cantidad de una sal de calcio y una segunda cantidad de una sal de magnesio para formar una composición de silicato sólido que comprende uno o más silicatos, en donde la primera composición comprende una solución acuosa; y una porción significativa del sílice reactivo en la primera composición es convertida en uno o más silicatos en la composición de silicato sólido.
