Abstract
Un conjunto deflector incluye un deflector superior acomodado adentro de un pozo principal de una perforación de pozo, teniendo el deflector superior primera y segunda placas separadas por una distancia. Por lo menos una de las primera y segunda placas incluye una superficie inclinada. Un deflector inferior está acomodado adentro del pozo principal, definiendo el deflector inferior un primer conducto y un segundo conducto. Uno de los primero y segundo conductos está en comunicación con una porción inferior del pozo principal y el otro de los primero y segundo conductos están en comunicación con un pozo lateral. Los deflectores superior e inferior están configurados para dirigir un conjunto de boquilla de unión o bien en el pozo lateral o bien en la porción inferior del pozo principal basados en un tamaño de una punta de boquilla de unión del conjunto boquilla de unión.
