Abstract

Algunas formas de realización que se describen en Ia presente proveen un método que comprende proveer un fluido espaciador emulsificado de aceite en agua que comprende una mezcla binaria de tensioactivos, un solvente fluido de base no acuosa, y un fluido de base acuosa, donde la mezcla binaria de tensioactivos comprende un tensioactivo y un co-tensioactivo anfifílico, donde el tensioactivo está presente en una cantidad en el rango de entre aproximadamente 0.5% y aproximadamente 30% en peso del fluido espaciador emulsificado de aceite en agua y donde el co-tensioactivo anfifílico está presente en una cantidad en el rango de entre aproximadamente 0.5% y aproximadamente 30% en peso del fluido espaciador emulsificado de aceite en agua, e introducir el fluido espaciador emulsificado de aceite en agua en una formación subterránea que comprende un fluido no acuoso residual en su interior, donde la mezcla binaria de tensioactivos en el fluido espaciador emulsificado de aceite en agua emulsifica al menos una porción del fluido residual no acuoso.
