Abstract
Los niveles de querógeno y bitumen se calculan en una muestra de roca a partir de las mediciones DRIFTS sobre la muestra. Se mide el espectro DRIFTS de una muestra de roca, lo que produce una estimación de bitumen y querógeno. El bitumen es después lavado de la roca y se vuelve a medir DRIFTS, lo que da una estimación de querógeno. La cantidad de bitumen se calcula restando los resultados de la muestra lavada de las primeras mediciones DRIFTS.
