Cada bajante comprende una unidad telescópica, de altura regulable, la cual, por su extremo superior, está montada sobre el botalón, apoyada sobre rodillos libremente giratorios (9) y (10) que le confieren la posibilidad de desplazarse transversalmente en un plano horizontal para centrarse alineándose con un correspondiente surco de la plantación; en tanto que, por su extremo inferior se vincula con un medio (4) de apoyo al suelo, con la intercalación de una pequeña estructura de paralelogramo deformable (3) que le confiere la propiedad de adaptarse a las irregularidades del terreno; sobre el soporte (28) de dicha rueda de apoyo inferior se dispone un eje vertical (19) respecto del cual pivotan un par de alas laterales (6) y (7) que constituyen la campana de protección (5), en cuyas caras internas se disponen los respectivos picos pulverizadores (2). Cada bajante (A) posee, en su extremo superior una planchuela (8), de sección tal como una U, que encierra el cuerpo del botalón (B), entre las que se extienden sendos ejes transversales que contienen a pares de rodillos libremente giratorios (9) y (10) que se apoyan sobre la cara superior de dicho botalón (B) que constituye la pista de desplazamiento horizontal de la bajante.
