Abstract

In particular embodiments, a system may include levers spaced apart from each other, hinge elements, a mooring mechanism and a guiding mechanism located between the levers. A first hinge element can extend from one of the levers to the guide mechanism and move the guide mechanism in a proximal direction or in a distal direction when the levers move towards each other. The mooring mechanism can be coupled to the guide mechanism and extend distally with respect to the guide mechanism. A second hinge element may extend from one of the levers and be coupled to a tube that surrounds a portion of the mooring mechanism. The second hinge element distally displaces the tube when the levers move towards each other. The relative movement of the guide mechanism and the tube can lead to the operation of the mooring mechanism.
