Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Una composición herbicida que comprende una mezcla de: (a) micropartículas poliméricas que contienen un primer herbicida, donde el primer herbicida es un herbicida de tipo auxina sintética o un herbicida inhibidor de acetolactato-sintasa (ALS); donde el primer herbicida, cuando está en una forma exenta de sales y cuando no está contenido en micropartículas poliméricas, antagoniza la actividad herbicida de un herbicida inhibidor de ACCasa, donde el herbicida inhibidor de ACCasa es cletodim, fluazifop-butilo, fenoxaprop-etilo, haloxifop-metilo, haloxifop-etotilo, quizalofop-etilo, quizalofop-tefurilo y/o propaquizafop, y/o una sal agroquímicamente aceptable de cualquiera de estos; y (b) un herbicida inhibidor de ACCasa, donde el herbicida inhibidor de ACCasa es cletodim, fluazifop-butilo, fenoxaprop-etilo, haloxifop-metilo, haloxifop-etotilo, quizalofop-etilo, quizalofop-tefurilo y/o propaquizafop, y/o una sal agroquímicamente aceptable de cualquiera de estos; donde las micropartículas poliméricas son matrices de liberación controlada, en las cuales está contenido el primer herbicida, y que actúan de modo que controlan y/o ralentizan la liberación del primer herbicida a partir de las micropartículas poliméricas hacia un medio líquido cuando las micropartículas poliméricas se sitúan en el medio líquido y están en contacto con este. Reivindicación 6: Una composición herbicida según se reivindica en la reivindicación 1, 2, 3, 4 ó 5, donde las micropartículas poliméricas comprenden una matriz o matrices poliméricas que comprenden: un polímero o copolímero de poliéster reticulado; un polímero o copolímero epoxi; un polímero o copolímero fenólico, de urea o melamina; un polímero o copolímero de silicona o caucho; un polímero o copolímero de poliisocianato, poliamina o poliuretano; un polímero o copolímero acrílico; un polímero o copolímero de estireno, viniltolueno, a-metilestireno, divinilbenceno o dialilftalato; un polímero o copolímero de poliacrilonitrilo; un polímero o copolímero de poli(acetato de alquilo); un derivado alquílico C₁₋₃ y/o hidroxipropílico de celulosa, carboximetilcelulosa, carbosimetilcelulosa sódica o carboximetilcelulosa cálcica; polivinilpirrolidona (PVP) (reticulada o no reticulada); y/o un copolímero de polioxietileno-polioxipropileno (poloxámero). Reivindicación 9: Una composición herbicida según se reivindica en cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 - 8, donde el primer herbicida es: dicamba, 2,4-D, MCPA, mecoprop, triasulfurón, tribenurón-metilo, yodosulfurón-metilo, mesosulfurón-metilo, metsulfurón-metilo, sulfosulfurón, flupirsulfurón-metilo o piroxsulam; o una sal agroquímicamente aceptable de estos. Reivindicación 11: Una composición herbicida según se reivindica en cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 - 10, que comprende una mezcla de: (a) micropartículas poliméricas que contienen dicamba o una sal agroquímicamente aceptable de esta; y (b) un herbicida inhibidor de ACCasa según se define en cualquier reivindicación precedente. Reivindicación 13: Una composición herbicida según se reivindica en cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 - 12, donde las micropartículas poliméricas o bien no contienen ningún disolvente no volátil, aceite ni plastificante, o bien contienen como máximo un 5% de un disolvente no volátil, aceite y/o plastificante, en peso de las micropartículas poliméricas que contienen el primer herbicida. Reivindicación 14: Una composición herbicida según se reivindica en cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 - 13, la cual es una composición en dispersión en la cual las micropartículas poliméricas están dispersadas en una fase o un medio líquido continuo. Reivindicación 15: Una composición herbicida según se reivindica en la reivindicación 14, la cual es una composición en dispersión acuosa en la cual las micropartículas poliméricas están dispersadas en una fase o un medio liquido acuoso continuo; y donde la dispersión de las micropartículas poliméricas en la fase o el medio líquido continuo está estabilizada por un estabilizante y/o un dispersante. Reivindicación 16: Una composición herbicida según se reivindica en la reivindicación 14 ó 15, que comprende un surfactante no iónico. Reivindicación 18: Una composición herbicida según se reivindica en la reivindicación 14 ó 15, que comprende una arcilla modificada con amino-silano como un o el estabilizante o dispersante. Reivindicación 22: Una composición herbicida según se reivindica en cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 - 21, que comprende: (e) un aditivo oleoso seleccionado entre un aceite de origen animal o vegetal, un aceite mineral, ésteres alquílicos de tales aceites, mezclas de tales aceites y derivados oleosos, tris-ésteres del ácido fosfórico con alcoholes alifáticos o aromáticos y bis-ésteres de ácidos alquilfosfónicos con alcoholes alifáticos o aromáticos y opcionalmente (d) un herbicida adicional. Claim 6: A herbicidal composition as claimed in claim 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5, wherein the polymeric microparticles comprise a polymer matrix or matrices comprising: a crosslinked polyester polymer or copolymer; an epoxy polymer or copolymer; a phenolic polymer or copolymer of urea or melamine; a polymer or copolymer of silicone or rubber; a polymer or copolymer of polyisocyanate, polyamine or polyurethane; an acrylic polymer or copolymer; a polymer or copolymer of styrene, vinyl toluene, a-methylstyrene, divinylbenzene or diallyl phthalate; a polyacrylonitrile polymer or copolymer; a poly (alkyl acetate) polymer or copolymer; a C₁₋₃ alkyl and / or hydroxypropyl derivative of cellulose, carboxymethylcellulose, sodium carbosimethylcellulose or calcium carboxymethylcellulose; polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) (crosslinked or uncrosslinked); and / or a polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene (poloxamer) copolymer. Claim 9: A herbicidal composition as claimed in any one of claims 1-8, wherein the first herbicide is: dicamba, 2,4-D, MCPA, mecoprop, triasulfuron, tribenuron-methyl, iodosulfuron-methyl, mesosulfuron-methyl, Metsulfuron-methyl, sulfosulfuron, flupirsulfuron-methyl or pyroxsulam; or an agrochemically acceptable salt thereof. Claim 11: A herbicidal composition as claimed in any one of claims 1-10, comprising a mixture of: (a) polymeric microparticles containing dicamba or an agrochemically acceptable salt thereof; and (b) an ACCase inhibitor herbicide as defined in any preceding claim. Claim 13: A herbicidal composition as claimed in any one of claims 1-12, wherein the polymeric microparticles either contain no non-volatile solvent, oil or plasticizer, or contain at most 5% of a non-volatile solvent, oil and / or plasticizer, by weight of the polymeric microparticles containing the first herbicide. Claim 14: A herbicidal composition as claimed in any one of claims 1-13, which is a dispersion composition in which the polymeric microparticles are dispersed in a continuous liquid phase or medium.
