Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Una composición, caracterizada porque comprende un pesticida y un alcoxilato, en donde el alcoxilato es un alcoxilato de amina de fórmula (1) o un derivado cuaternizado de fórmula (2) del alcoxilato de amina de fórmula (1), donde R¹, R² y R⁵ son, de modo independiente entre sí, etileno, propileno, butileno o una mezcla de ellos; R³ es un H, -OH, -OR⁴, -[R⁵-O]ₚ-R⁶, alquilo C₁₋₆ o un anión de oxígeno; R⁴ es un alquilo C₁₋₆, alquenilo C₂₋₆ o alquinilo C₂₋₆; R⁶ es un H, alquilo C₁₋₆, alquenilo C₂₋₆, alquinilo C₂₋₆, -SO₃Rᵃ, -P(O)ORᵇORᶜ, -CH₂CO₂Rᵈ o -C(O)Rᵉ; Rᵃ y Rᵈ son, de modo independiente entre sí, un H, cationes inorgánicos u orgánicos; Rᵇ y Rᶜ son, de modo independiente entre sí, un H, cationes inorgánicos u orgánicos, alquilo C₁₋₆, alquenilo C₂₋₆ o alquinilo C₂₋₆; Rᵉ es alquilo C₁₋₂₂, alquenilo C₂₋₂₂, alquinilo C₂₋₂₂, arilo C₆₋₂₂ o alquil C₇₋₂₂-arilo; n, m y p tienen, de modo independiente entre sí, un valor de 1 a 30; A⁻ es un anión aceptable en agricultura, o si R³ es un anión de oxígeno, A⁻ está ausente. Reivindicación 3: La composición de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizada porque A⁻ es un haluro, fosfato, sulfato o pesticida aniónico. Reivindicación 8: La composición de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 7, caracterizada porque el pesticida comprende glifosato o glufosinato y, adicionalmente, otro pesticida. Reivindicación 9: La composición de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 8, caracterizada porque la composición también comprende un alcoxilato de 2-propilheptilamina. Reivindicación 11: Un método para la producción del alcoxilato de amina de fórmula (1) o un derivado cuaternizado de fórmula (2) del alcoxilato de amina de fórmula (1) de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizado porque comprende la alcoxilación de 2-isopropil-5-metilhexan-1-amina con óxido de etileno, óxido de propileno, óxido de butileno o mezclas de ellos. Reivindicación 12: Un método de control de hongos fitopatógenos y/o crecimiento de plantas no deseadas y/o infestación de insectos o ácaros no deseada y/o para regular el crecimiento de las plantas, caracterizado porque la composición de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 9 se deja actuar sobre las respectivas plagas, su hábitat o las plantas por proteger de la respectiva plaga, sobre el suelo y/o sobre plantas no deseadas y/o las plantas de cultivo y/o su hábitat. Reivindicación 13: Semilla, caracterizada porque comprende la composición de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 9. Reivindicación 14: Uso del alcoxilato de amina de fórmula (1) o un derivado cuaternizado de fórmula (2) del alcoxilato de amina de fórmula (1) de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizado porque es como adyuvante en mezclas de pulverización que comprenden pesticida.
