Abstract

Dispositivo para el corte secuencial en direcciones sucesivamente oblicuas de rebanadas de un objeto cortable mediante cuchilla de corte solidaria a un disco giratorio sobre su eje. Se define un plano de apoyo para el cuerpo a cortar; compuesto de un estator, el cual define interiormente una banda circular de rodamiento y de un disco o rotor coplanar al estator. El rotor rueda sin resbalar con eje paralelo al eje del estator sobre dicha banda de rodamiento describiendo un circulo, siendo el eje de rotación del rotor fijado excéntrico al eje geométrico del volante y en un punto por lo menos adyacente al centro geométrico del área encerrada por la banda de rodamiento del estator, de forma tal que cuando el eje del rotor gira, un punto de la periferia del rotor rodará sobre la banda de rodamiento del estator describiendo por cada giro de 360º un ciclo de una hipocicloide cuya trayectoria es pasante por lo menos en adyacencias con el centro geométrico de dicha área encerrada por la banda de rodamiento. La(s) cuchilla(s) son pasantes en adyacencias del centro geométrico de la referida área encerrada por la banda de rodamiento; las subsiguientes trayectorias de la hipocicloide de dicha(s) cuchilla(s) formará un ángulo respecto de la anterior trayectoria hipocicloide, con un valor de ángulo de trayectoria respecto de la anterior entre 30º y 90º, determinando sucesivos cortes planos desde diversos ángulos sobre el cuerpo cortable obteniendo rebanadas del mismo. Por encima de dicho centro geométrico del área encerrada por la banda de rodamiento se dispone de un medio de alimentación del cuerpo cortable a través del cual desciende hasta apoyar sobre el rotor que conforma el referido plano horizontal de apoyo para el cuerpo a cortar, siendo dicho medio cortable retenido en una posición fija por dicho medio de alimentación. El bastidor soporte comprende paredes laterales sobre las cuales internamente sobresalen pestañas a distintos planos. La pestaña superior sirve de apoyo a una placa superior de la cual es solidaria la tolva de carga, el tubo de descarga de los cuerpos a cortar, el volante que gira coaxial y un rotor accionado giratoriamente por dicho volante y con eje excéntrico. Esta placa superior es removible junto con la totalidad de los elementos arriba citados. Por debajo del conducto de descarga asienta sobre segundas pestañas la placa con la circunferencia estatórica, placa que es también removible.
