Abstract

Se propone un procedimiento para la producción de gas de síntesis a partir de coque, en el que (a) se somete hulla a una pirólisis seca y de esta manera se genera una mezcla de gases, que como componentes principales contiene hidrógeno, metano, nitrógeno y monóxido de carbono así como también como componentes secundarios sulfuros de carbono, (b) se somete la mezcla de gases a una hidrogenación a una temperatura en el intervalo de 200 a 280ºC en la presencia de un catalizador cobalto-molibdeno sulfurado, que se halla sobre un portador de óxido de aluminio, y (c) el sulfuro de hidrógeno originado durante la hidrogenación es separado de la mezcla de gases.A procedure for the production of synthesis gas from coke is proposed, in which (a) coal is subjected to a dry pyrolysis and in this way a mixture of gases is generated, which as main components contains hydrogen, methane, nitrogen and carbon monoxide as well as secondary carbon sulfide components, (b) the gas mixture is subjected to hydrogenation at a temperature in the range of 200 to 280 ° C in the presence of a sulfurized cobalt-molybdenum catalyst, which is found on an aluminum oxide carrier, and (c) the hydrogen sulphide produced during hydrogenation is separated from the gas mixture.
