Abstract
Un reformador con un conducto colector (3) y un conducto colector final o bien conducto de transferencia (2), en donde el conducto colector (3) y el conducto colector final (2) se extienden de manera de formar un ángulo entre sí, preferentemente un ángulo ortogonal. A efectos de evitar movimientos laterales de los tubos de reacción en la dirección del conducto colector final y de los conductos colectores, propone la presente que entre conducto colector (3) y conducto colector final (2) se haya dispuesto un conducto compensador de las dilataciones (4) que desemboca en el conducto colector (3) y en el conducto colector final (2), en donde la dilatación térmica del conducto compensador de dilataciones (4) es igual y opuesta a la dilatación térmica del conducto colector final (2), en donde (l₁ + l₂) * tʷ₁ a₁ = l₂ * tʷ₂ a₂ <-> l₂ = l₁ tʷ₁ a₁ / (tʷ₂ a₂ - tʷ₁ a₁), en donde tʷ₁, tʷ₂, a₁, a₂ son las temperaturas y coeficientes de dilatación del conducto colector final (2) y del conducto compensador de las dilataciones (4), l₂ es un corrimiento sobre el conducto colector final (2), que designa la longitud de la desviación del punto de embocadura del desarrollo ortogonal del conducto colector (3), en donde l₁ designa esta longitud hasta la longitud que se empalma a este punto fijo sobre el conducto colector final.A reformer with a collecting duct (3) and a final collecting duct or transfer duct (2), wherein the collecting duct (3) and the final collecting duct (2) extend so as to form an angle to each other, preferably an orthogonal angle.
