Abstract

Se describen innovaciones para flujos de bits que tienen imágenes de acceso aleatorio limpio (CRA) y/u otros tipos de imágenes con punto de acceso aleatorio (RAP). Nuevas definiciones de tipos y restricciones estratégicas sobre tipos de imágenes con RAP pueden simplificar la asignación de unidades de datos elementales de secuencias de video a un formato de contenedor. Dichas innovaciones pueden ayudar a mejorar la habilidad de sistemas de codificación de video para que realicen de manera más flexible la entrega de video adaptativa, edición de producción, inserción comercial, entre otros.
