Abstract
Procedimiento para obtener un producto natural partir de la planta de tártago ricinus communis, en donde comprende las siguientes etapas: a) recolectar en forma selectiva hojas con tallos de ricinus communis con sus características defensivas intactas; b) estacionar 24 horas a 48 horas en condiciones de oscuridad dichas hojas recolectadas; c) prensar dichas hojas estacionadas a través de un dispositivo prensa de tornillo depositando el jugo base y la pulpa obtenidos en recipientes de plástico; d) retirar los restos sólidos de tallos y hojas que se mezclan con el jugo decantado como medio de elaboración de herbicida, como también insecticida para algunas especies de hormigas; e) mezclar la pulpa más el jugo base, con agua y aceite de ricinus emulsionado; y f) limpiar y filtrar dicha mezcla obteniendo un producto natural final listo para su utilización. Y también se aplica para alimento balanceado para animales en donde comprende: separar la cáscara de la semilla de tártago, en condiciones de humedad del 20%, secar la cáscara en una cámara de secado de 60 minutos a una temperatura de 75 grados centígrados promedio y luego triturar la cáscara utilizando trituradora de tornillo y obteniendo los mismos valores nutricionales que en la etapa anterior y por último envasar, de acuerdo al destino se define si va envasado o a granel.Procedure to obtain a natural product from the ricinus communis tartar plant, where it comprises the following stages: a) selectively collect leaves with ricinus communis stems with their intact defensive characteristics; b) park said collected leaves 24 hours to 48 hours in dark conditions; c) pressing said parked sheets through a screw press device by depositing the base juice and pulp obtained in plastic containers; d) remove the solid remains of stems and leaves that are mixed with the decanted juice as a means of making herbicide, as well as insecticide for some species of ants; e) mix the pulp plus the base juice, with water and emulsified ricinus oil; and f) clean and filter said mixture obtaining a final natural product ready for use.
