Abstract
Los compuestos mencionados son moduladores alostéricos positivos (PAM) del receptor nicotínico de acetilcolina a7. Reivindicación 1: Un compuesto de acuerdo con la fórmula (1) en donde R¹, R², R³, R⁴ y R⁵ son H; R⁶ es metoximetilo; A⁷ es C-R⁷, A⁸ es N y A⁹ es C-R⁹; R⁷, R⁹, R¹⁰ y R¹¹ se seleccionan independientemente entre sí de H, alquilo C₁₋₆, alquenilo C₂₋₆, alquinilo C₂₋₆, alcoxi C₁₋₆ y OR¹²; en donde R¹² representa un resto de anillo saturado monocíclico que tiene 4 - 6 átomos de anillo en donde uno de dichos átomos de anillo es O y el resto es C; y sales farmacéuticamente aceptables de los mismos.The compounds mentioned are positive allosteric modulators (PAM) of the nicotinic acetylcholine a7 receptor.
