Abstract
La presente solicitud provee un método para la conmutación de longitud de onda en una red óptica pasiva con longitud de onda múltiple, que incluye: duplicar, cuando una unidad de red óptica necesita conmutar de un primer canal de longitud de onda a un segundo canal de longitud de onda, datos de enlace descendente a enviar a las unidades de red óptica en múltiples copias, y enviar las múltiples copias de datos de enlace descendente a las unidades de red óptica por separado por múltiples canales de longitud de onda, donde los múltiples canales de longitud de onda incluyen al menos el primer canal de longitud de onda y segundo canal de longitud de onda; enviar un comando de conmutación de longitud de onda de enlace descendente a las unidades de red óptica para instruir las unidades de red óptica a conmutar una longitud de onda que recibe el enlace descendente de las unidades de red óptica a una longitud de onda de enlace descendente del segundo canal de longitud de onda; y detener la duplicación de datos de enlace descendente y enviar los datos de enlace descendente a las unidades de red óptica sólo por el segundo canal de longitud de onda.
