Abstract
Máquina cortadora de bobinas de materiales flexibles del tipo que se utiliza para cortar transversalmente bobinas de materiales flexibles sean éstos autoadhesivos o no, para conformar rollos cortados de menor tamaño para su posterior envase y comercialización; tal que comprende en combinación un cuerpo principal, un alimentador y un panel de control; caracterizada porque dicho cuerpo principal está formado por una estructura soporte o bastidor que posee en uno de sus extremos un cabezal motor y en el opuesto un cabezal de corte; entre ambos cabezales se ubican paralelos entre sí: un tornillo sin fin, por encima de éste un eje portabobina y a un lado de ambos una barra guía; dicho cabezal motor posee un primer medio motriz al cual se conectan los citados tomillo sin fin y eje portabobina; sobre éste tomillo sin fin se acopla verticalmente una placa sujetadora que posee carácter desplazable entre los nombrados cabezales y sobre los citados eje portabobina y barra guía; el cual eje portabobina es ligeramente cónico y posee su extremo de menor diámetro libre en voladizo en correspondencia con el citado cabezal de corte; dicho cabezal de corte está formado por un marco de carácter basculante conectado a un accionador vertical, el cual marco soporta una sierra circular conectada a un segundo medio motriz; ésta sierra circular se ubica por encima del nombrado eje portabobina y en correspondencia con al menos dos rodamientos soportes de bobina próximos a los cuales se ubica una rampa de descarga dispuesta oblicuamente y dirigida hacia la base del bastidor; dicho alimentador está formado por un bastidor que posee una tapa conformada por un plano ligeramente inclinado en cuyo extremo mas bajo se ubica un actuador lineal coaxial al nombrado eje portabobina; dicho panel de control poseyendo conexión eléctrica con los citados medios motrices y conexión hidráulico-neumática con los citados accionador vertical y actuador lineal y medios controladores que comandan con carácter coordinado dichos medios motrices y accionador vertical y actuador lineal.Flexible material coil cutting machine of the type used to transversely cut flexible material coils, whether self-adhesive or not, to form smaller cut rolls for subsequent packaging and commercialization; such that it comprises in combination a main body, a feeder and a control panel; characterized in that said main body is formed by a support structure or frame having at one of its ends a motor head and in the opposite a cutting head; Between them both heads are located parallel to each other: an endless screw, above it a bobbin holder shaft and to one side of both a guide bar; said motor head has a first driving means to which the aforementioned endless thyme and reel axis are connected; on this endless thyme a clamping plate is vertically coupled, which has a movable character between the said heads and on the aforementioned coil holder shaft and guide bar; which reel axis is slightly conical and has its end of smaller free diameter in cantilever in correspondence with said cutting head; said cutting head is formed by a tilting frame connected to a vertical actuator, which frame supports a circular saw connected to a second driving means; this circular saw is located above the so-called coil carrier shaft and in correspondence with at least two coil support bearings next to which an unloading ramp located obliquely and directed towards the base of the frame is located; said feeder is formed by a frame that has a cover formed by a slightly inclined plane at whose lower end a linear actuator coaxial to the so-called coil carrier axis is located; said control panel having electrical connection with said driving means and hydraulic-pneumatic connection with said vertical actuator and linear actuator and controlling means that coordinate said driving means and vertical actuator and linear actuator in a coordinated manner.
