Abstract
La presente se refiere a derivados miméticos de brasinoesteroides no esteroideos, a procesos e intermedios para prepararlos, a composiciones reguladoras del crecimiento vegetal que los comprenden, y a sus métodos de empleo para controlar el crecimiento de plantas y/o potenciar la germinación de semillas. Reivindicación 1: Un compuesto de fórmula (1) donde cada W es independientemente O ó S; A¹ es C-R¹; A² es C-R¹ o nitrógeno; A⁴ es C-R¹; A³ es C-X; R¹ es H, haloalquilo C₁₋₆, ciano, halógeno, alcoxi C₁₋₆, haloalcoxi C₁₋₆, alquilo C₁₋₆ o alquilo C₁₋₆ sustituido con uno o más de los siguientes grupos: ciano, nitro, hidroxilo, amina; X es halógeno, haloalquilo C₁₋₆, ciano, tiocianato, nitro, alcoxi C₁₋₆, haloalcoxi C₁₋₆, alquiltio C₁₋₆, haloalquiltio C₁₋₆, alquilsulfinilo C₁₋₆, haloalquilsulfinilo C₁₋₆, alquilsulfonilo C₁₋₆, haloalquilsulfonilo C₁₋₆, alquenilo C₂₋₆, alquinilo C₂₋₆, amina, N-(alquil C₁₋₆)amina, N,N-di(alquil C₁₋₆)amina, (alquil C₁₋₆)carbonilo, (alcoxi C₁₋₆)carbonilo, (haloalcoxi C₁₋₆)carbonilo, (haloalquil C₁₋₆)carbonilo, cicloalquilo C₃₋₈, formilo o mercapto; o X es heteroarilo opcionalmente sustituido con uno o más de los siguientes grupos: halógeno, ciano, alquilo C₁₋₃, haloalquilo C₁₋₃; R², R³, R⁴ y R⁵ son independientemente hidrógeno, halógeno, nitro, ciano, alquilo C₁₋₄ haloalquilo C₁₋₄, alcoxi C₁₋₄, hidroxilo, -OC(O)R⁶, amina, N-(alquil C₁₋₃)amina o N,N-di(alquil C₁₋₃)amina; R⁶ es hidrógeno, alquilo C₁₋₆, alcoxi C₁₋₆ o haloalquilo C₁₋₆; o sales o N-óxidos de este, siempre que se excluyan los siguientes compuestos, donde: i) W es O, A³ es C-X donde X es amino, A¹ y A⁴ son C-R¹ donde R¹ es H, A² es C-R¹ donde R¹ es H o metilo, y a) uno de los grupos R², R³, R⁴ o R⁵ es metilo, b) dos de los grupos R², R³, R⁴ y R⁵ son etilo, c) uno de los grupos R², R³, R⁴ o R⁵ es metilo y otro es isopropilo o d) todos los grupos R², R³, R⁴ y R⁵ son hidrógeno; ii) W es O, A³ es C-X donde X es metilo o metilcarbonilo, A¹, A² y A⁴ son C-R¹ donde R¹ es H, y R², R³, R⁴ y R⁵ son hidrógeno; iii) W es O, A³ es C-X donde X es Br, A¹ es C-R¹ donde R¹ es H o Br, A² y A⁴ son C-R¹ donde R¹ es H, y R², R³, R⁴ y R⁵ son hidrógeno; iv) W es O, A³ es C-X donde X es Cl, A¹, A² y A⁴ son C-R¹ donde R¹ es H, y a) dos de los grupos R², R³, R⁴ y R⁵ son metilo o b) todos los grupos R², R³, R⁴ y R⁵ son hidrógeno; v) W es O, A³ es C-X donde X es I, A¹, A² y A⁴ son C-R¹ donde R¹ es H, y a) dos de los grupos R², R³, R⁴ y R⁵ son metilo o b) dos de los grupos R², R³, R⁴ y R⁵ son metilo y uno de los grupos R², R³, R⁴ y R⁵ es hidroxilo; vi) W es O, A³ es C-X donde X es amino, A¹ y A⁴ son C-R¹ donde R¹ es ciano, A² es N, y todos los grupos R², R³, R⁴ y R⁵ son hidrógeno.This refers to mimetic derivatives of non-steroidal brassinosteroids, processes and intermediates to prepare them, plant growth regulating compositions that comprise them, and their methods of use to control plant growth and / or enhance seed germination. Claim 1: A compound of formula (1) wherein each W is independently O or S; A¹ is C-R¹; A² is C-R¹ or nitrogen; A⁴ is C-R¹; A³ is C-X; R¹ is H, C₁₋₆ haloalkyl, cyano, halogen, C₁₋₆ alkoxy, C₁₋₆ haloalkoxy, C₁₋₆ alkyl or C₁₋₆ alkyl substituted with one or more of the following groups: cyano, nitro, hydroxyl, amine; X is halogen, C₁₋₆ haloalkyl, cyano, thiocyanate, nitro, C₁₋₆ alkoxy, C₁₋₆ haloalkoxy, C₁₋₆ alkylthio, C₁₋₆ haloalkylthio, C₁₋₆ alkylsulfinyl, C₁₋₆ haloalkylsulfinyl, C₁₋₆ alkylsulfonyl, C₁₋₆ haloalkylsulfonyl, C₂₋₆ alkenyl, C₂₋₆ alkynyl, amine, N- (C₁₋₆ alkyl) amine, N, N-di (C₁₋₆ alkyl) amine, (C₁₋₆ alkyl) carbonyl, (alkoxy C₁₋₆) carbonyl, (C₁₋₆ haloalkoxy) carbonyl, (C₁₋₆ haloalkyl) carbonyl, C₃₋₈ cycloalkyl, formyl or mercapto; or X is heteroaryl optionally substituted with one or more of the following groups: halogen, cyano, C₁₋₃ alkyl, C₁₋₃ haloalkyl; R², R³, R⁴ and R⁵ are independently hydrogen, halogen, nitro, cyano, C₁₋₄ alkyl, C₁₋₄ haloalkyl, C₁₋₄ alkoxy, hydroxyl, -OC (O) R⁶, amine, N- (C₁₋₃ alkyl) amine or N, N-di (C₁₋₃ alkyl) amine; R⁶ is hydrogen, C₁₋₆ alkyl, C₁₋₆ alkoxy or C₁₋₆ haloalkyl; or salts or N-oxides thereof, provided that the following compounds are excluded, where: i) W is O, A³ is CX where X is amino, A¹ and A⁴ are C-R¹ where R¹ is H, A² is C-R¹ where R¹ is H or methyl, already) one of the groups R², R³, R⁴ or R⁵ is methyl, b) two of the groups R², R³, R⁴ and R⁵ are ethyl, c) one of the groups R², R³, R⁴ or R⁵ is methyl and another is isopropyl or d) all groups R², R³, R⁴ and R⁵ are hydrogen; ii) W is O, A³ is C-X where X is methyl or methylcarbonyl, A¹, A² and A⁴ are C-R¹ where R¹ is H, and R², R³, R⁴ and R⁵ are hydrogen; iii) W is O, A³ is C-X where X is Br, A¹ is C-R¹ where R¹ is H or Br, A² and A⁴ are C-R¹ where R¹ is H, and R², R³, R⁴ and R⁵ are hydrogen; iv) W is O, A³ is CX where X is Cl, A¹, A² and A⁴ are C-R¹ where R¹ is H, and) two of the groups R², R³, R⁴ and R⁵ are methyl or b) all groups R², R³, R⁴ and R⁵ are hydrogen; v) W is O, A³ is CX where X is I, A¹, A² and A⁴ are C-R¹ where R¹ is H, and) two of the groups R², R³, R⁴ and R⁵ are methyl or b) two of the groups R² , R³, R⁴ and R⁵ are methyl and one of the groups R², R³, R⁴ and R⁵ is hydroxyl; vi) W is O, A³ is C-X where X is amino, A¹ and A⁴ are C-R¹ where R¹ is cyano, A² is N, and all groups R², R³, R⁴ and R⁵ are hydrogen.
