Claim 8: An intervention method to increase to the normal level the intracellular Bcl-2 antiapoptotic protein and thus delay the onset of the catagen phase of the hair cycle comprising topical administration of a composition containing as an active ingredient an extract of AIIium species, an extract of Citrus species, an extract of PauIlinia species and an extract of Theobroma.
