Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Un método para controlar microorganismos fitopatógenos, caracterizado porque comprende tratar el cultivo a proteger, el suelo, el material de reproducción de planta o los materiales industriales inanimados, con una cantidad efectiva de partículas de sal de cobre, que comprenden un polímero soluble en agua y que tienen un diámetro de partícula primaria de 1 a 200 nm, en donde la sal de cobre comprende un anión que no sea hidróxido y que forma un precipitado con iones de cobre, y en donde el polímero soluble en agua es un policarboxilato, que comprende a) ácido acrílico, ácido metacrílico, y/o ácido maleico (monómero A), y b) un monómero que comprende grupos de ácido sulfónico (monómero B), en forma polimerizada.Reivindicación 6: El método de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizado porque el anión es un ión carbonato, fosfato, hidrógeno fosfato, oxalato, borato o tetraborato.
