Abstract
Se trata de un atomizador, para aeronaves agrícolas, que comprende un atomizador rotatorio con hélice con, un cono difusor que tiene en su parte interior y exterior guías estriadas, estas estrías perfeccionan la dispersión y la uniformidad de las gotas micrométricas, de esta manera se mejora el caudal y la amplitud del rociado por pasada de la aeronave. Tiene también una Unidad Gradual de Control, CGU, que está instalada directamente a la salida del líquido, del cono difusor. La hélice, está compuesto por 3 o más palas tipo mariposa, que cubren en más del 90% de la superficie de la circunferencia que forma la hélice cuando gira, aumentando en por lo menos un 200%, la superficie de la cara mayor del cono difusor es decir que permite que el cono difusor extienda su diámetro y amplíe la cobertura por pasada de la aeronave. La unidad gradual de control está colocada dentro de un contracono que tiene el extremo que denominaremos campana separada milimétricamente de la superficie interna del cono difusor. El líquido debido a la fuerza centrífuga y guiado por las estrías internas y externas del cono difusor, es despedido por el cono formando una nube uniforme y homogénea de las gotas del atomizador. Por lo tanto el recorrido del líquido luego de la salida del CGU, se dirige dentro del contracono hacia la parte denominada la campana y de ahí pasa directamente al cono difusor para ser despedido por la fuerza centrífuga. El atomizador para aeronaves agrícolas tiene un freno hidráulico que trabaja contra el atomizador sobre una placa de freno de acero inoxidable, este sistema es parte del soporte de fijación de cada atomizador.
