Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Procedimiento de producción de una corriente (12) rica en metano, y de un corte (14) rico en hidrocarburos en C2+ a partir de una corriente (15) de gas natural de carga deshidratado, compuesto por hidrocarburos, nitrógeno y CO2, y que presenta, ventajosamente, un tenor molar en hidrocarburos en C2+ superior al 10%; el procedimiento es del tipo que comprende las siguientes etapas: enfriamiento de la corriente (15) de gas natural de carga, ventajosamente, a una presión superior a 40 bar en un primer intercambiador térmico (16), e introducción de la corriente de gas natural de carga enfriada (40) en un matraz de separación (18); separación de la corriente de gas natural enfriada (40) en el matraz de separación (18), y recuperación de una fracción liviana (42), esencialmente gaseosa, y de una fracción pesada (44), esencialmente líquida; formación de un flujo de alimentación de turbina (46) a partir de la fracción liviana (42); expansión dinámica del flujo de alimentación de turbina (46) en una primera turbina de expansión (22), e introducción del flujo expandido (102) en una parte intermedia de una columna de separación (26); expansión de la fracción pesada (44) e introducción de la fracción pesada (44) en la columna de separación (26), donde la fracción pesada (44) recuperada en el matraz de separación (18) se introduce en la columna de separación (26) sin pasar por el primer intercambiador térmico (16); recuperación, al pie de la columna de separación (26), de una corriente de pie (80) rica en hidrocarburos en C2+ destinado a formar el corte (14) rico en hidrocarburos en C2+; extracción en la cabeza de la columna de separación (26) de una corriente, de cabeza (82) rica en metano; recalentamiento de la corriente de cabeza (82) rica en metano, en un segundo intercambiador térmico (24), y en el primer intercambiador térmico (16), y compresión de esa corriente en, al menos, un primer compresor (28) acoplado a la primera turbina de expansión (22), y en un segundo compresor (32), para formar una corriente (12) rica en metano, a partir de la corriente de cabeza (86) rica en metano comprimido; extracción en la corriente de cabeza rica en metano (82, 84, 86), de una primera corriente (88) de recirculación; paso de la primera corriente de recirculación (88) por el primer intercambiador térmico (16), y por el segundo intercambiador térmico (24) para enfriarlo, luego, introducción de al menos una primera parte de la primera corriente de recirculación enfriada (94), en la parte alta de la columna de separación (26); y el procedimiento comprende las etapas siguientes: formación de al menos una segunda corriente (96; 136; 168; 192) de recirculación obtenida a partir de la corriente de cabeza rica en metano (82), aguas abajo de la columna de separación (26); formación de una corriente (100; 136) de expansión dinámica, a partir de la segunda corriente de recirculación (96; 136; 168; 192), e introducción de la corriente de expansión dinámica (100; 136) en una turbina de expansión (22; 132) para producir frigorías.
