Abstract
Una formación subterránea productora de hidrocarburos puede ser tratada con un fluido acuoso de tratamiento de pozos que contiene una oxidasa de hexosa, tal como una oxidasa de glucosa, oxidasa de manosa u oxidasa de galactosa. El fluido acuoso de tratamiento de pozos puede contener además un polímero viscosificante y una aldohexosa. La aldohexosa reacciona in situ con la oxidasa de hexosa y el oxígeno molecular para producir peróxido de hidrógeno. El peróxido de hidrógeno puede entonces actuar como un separador de viscosidad.Reivindicación 1: Un método de tratamiento de una formación subterránea penetrada por el agujero de un pozo, el cual comprende: (a) introducir al agujero del pozo un fluido acuoso de tratamiento del pozo que comprende un agente viscosificador y/o un reductor de fricción y una hexosa oxidasa y opcionalmente, un agente reticulante, y aumentar la viscosidad del fluido de tratamiento del pozo in-situ; (b) producir peróxido de hidrógeno in-situ haciendo reaccionar una aldohexosa con oxígeno, en presencia de la hexosa oxidasa; c) reducir la viscosidad del fluido de tratamiento del pozo haciendo reaccionar el peróxido de hidrógeno con el agente viscosificador y/o el reductor de fricción.
