Abstract

Formulacion farmacéutica a base de ibuprofeno y codeína de estabilidad mejorada. La invencion consiste en una nueva formulacion farmacéutica en forma de comprimidos o similares que comprende un nucleo compuesto por una asociacion de ibuprofeno y codeína como ingredientes activos, junto con un excipiente que incluye al menos un diluyente, un agente disgregante, un agente fluidificante y un lubricante que es estearil fumarato sodico. Dicho nucleo se recubre con una composicion a base de uno o vanos polímeros de diversos éteres de celulosa modificada y polímeros derivados de los ácidos acrílico y metacrílico, un plastificante y, un opacificante o de color y cualquiera de sus mezclas. Estas características hacen a los comprimidos de la invencion más eficaces y seguros bajo la forma de preparados más estables, sin implicar este hecho una mayor complejidad tecnologica. Su uso y procedimiento de fabricacion.
