Abstract
La presente se refiere a un proceso novedoso para la preparacion de un compuesto de formula (1) que comprende agregar de 1 a 2 moles de hipoclorito de sodio con una concentracion de 8% a 15% en peso a una suspension del compuesto de la formula (2) en hidroxido de sodio acuoso a una temperatura de 5 a 60sC, donde la concentracion de hidroxido de sodio en la suspension es de 5 a 25% en peso; y acidificar la masa de reaccion con ácido clorhídrico concentrado a un pH de 1,5 a 2,0 y donde dicho proceso es llevado a cabo como una síntesis de un solo paso sin aislamiento de intermediarios.This refers to a novel process for the preparation of a compound of formula (1) comprising adding 1 to 2 moles of sodium hypochlorite with a concentration of 8% to 15% by weight to a suspension of the compound of the formula (2) in aqueous sodium hydroxide at a temperature of 5 to 60sC, where the concentration of sodium hydroxide in the suspension is 5 to 25% by weight; and acidifying the reaction mass with concentrated hydrochloric acid at a pH of 1.5 to 2.0 and where said process is carried out as a one-step synthesis without isolation of intermediates.
