Abstract
Se describe un método para extraer energía eléctrica a través de la transformacion de campos electromagnéticos. El método comprende los pasos que consisten en proveer al menos una bobina electromagnética y agua fluyente en la proximidad de dicha bobina, y generar un campo cuántico en la forma de un fractal de Mandelbrot tridimensional, a una frecuencia determinada, entre la bobina electromagnética y el agua fluyente. Además, la energía cuántica radiante se genera en la punta ahusada de dicho fractal. La energía cuántica se transporta -mediante un electrodo dispuesto en la citada agua fluyente- hacia una cámara de vacío eléctricamente conductor y se convierte en energía eléctrica en el interior de la cámara de vacío.
