Abstract

Un método para facilitar el enfriamiento de un producto alimenticio que comprende colocar el producto alimenticio en un recipiente de manera que rodee un conducto de ventilacion en una parte central del recipiente, teniendo el conducto de ventilacion una o más aberturas que comunican con el producto alimenticio de manera que el calor de la sustancia alimenticia en paredes internas medias del recipiente escapa del recipiente por medio del conducto. La invencion también provee un recipiente que tiene un conducto vertical que se extiende desde una posicion en, o adyacente a la base del recipiente hasta una posicion en, o adyacente a la parte superior del recipiente en una parte interna media del recipiente, teniendo el conducto una pluralidad de aberturas que comunican con un producto alimenticio contenido en el recipiente de manera que el calor del producto alimenticio pueda ventear al conducto por medio de las aberturas y después escapar del conducto por medio de una abertura en la parte superior del conducto.
