Abstract
Es ensenado un dispositivo de control tanto para la apertura y cierre de láminas o lonas empleadas para recubrir y cerrar los extremos superiores abiertos de cajas de carga en vehículos industriales, vehículos agrícolas y/o lo similar. Los respectivos cables anulares (3d, 3s) que tienen tramos superior e inferior (3a, 3b), son deslizantes a lo largo de las paredes laterales (12d, 12s) de una caja de carga (1) superiormente abierta de un vehículo, por ejemplo, o camion o lo similar, en donde elementos transversales de soporte (21a, 21b), soportando el peso de la lona (2) fijada sobre los mismos, son ubicados a lo largo de los tramos superior derecho e izquierdo (3a) de los cables anulares (3d, 3s); los elementos transversales de soporte (21a) que enfrentan la parte posterior del cuerpo de caja de carga superiormente abierto (1) son fijados por medio de piezas cortas tubulares (22a) dispuestas en sus extremos laterales sobre los correspondientes tramos superiores (3a) de dichos cables anulares (3d, 3s) sobre el lateral derecho e izquierdo, respectivamente, mientras que los elementos transversales de soporte siguientes (21b) se deslizan sobre dichos tramos superiores (3a); en donde, dichos cables anulares (3d, 3s) resultan tensados entre poleas laterales posteriores (4d, 4s), las que se hallan dispuestas en los extremos posteriores de los bordes superiores de los respectivos laterales de la caja (12d, 12s), y poleas conductoras verticales (6a, 6b) las que se alojan en un alojamiento telescopico (9), siendo los cables anulares pasantes a través de pares adicionales de poleas (5d, 5'd) y (5s, 5's) las que se hallan ligeramente salientes de los extremos laterales del mismo alojamiento telescopico (9) y presentado su correspondientes gargantas a la misma altura y en alineacion con las gargantas de las poleas laterales reales (4d, 4s). De acuerdo al presente, las poleas actuadoras (6a, 6b) son dispuestas en movimiento por medio de un par de engranajes helicoidales (7a, 7b) en donde la parte helicoidal de cada engranaje helicoidal son cada uno de ellos paralelo entre si y dispuestos en el mismo plano, conteniendo dicho plano las dos poleas (6a, 6b) y el plano que contiene la parte helicoidal de cada engranaje helicoidal son cada uno de ellos paralelo y perpendicular al plano generado por el eje de la rueda del engranaje helicoidal, siendo las poleas montadas juntas con la rueda del engranaje helicoidal, y estando los engranajes helicoidales (7a, 7b) conectados entre sí por medio de un sistema de transmision (71); durante su empleo, las porciones helicoidales giran en la misma direccion y el par de engranajes helicoidales (7a, 7b) aseguran, respectivamente, el movimiento del cable (3c, 3f) de los cables anulares (3s, 3d) en direcciones opuestas.It is taught a control device for both the opening and closing of sheets or tarpaulins used to cover and close the open upper ends of cargo boxes in industrial vehicles, agricultural vehicles and / or the like. According to the present, the actuating pulleys (6a, 6b) are arranged in motion by means of a pair of helical gears (7a, 7b) where the helical part of each helical gear are each parallel to each other and arranged in the same plane, said plane containing the two pulleys (6a, 6b) and the plane containing the helical part of each helical gear are each parallel and perpendicular to the plane generated by the axis of the helical gear wheel, the pulleys mounted together with the helical gear wheel, and the helical gears (7a, 7b) being connected to each other by means of a transmission system (71); during use, the helical portions rotate in the same direction and the pair of helical gears (7a, 7b) ensure, respectively, the movement of the cable (3c, 3f) of the annular cables (3s, 3d) in opposite directions.
