Abstract
Una composicion farmacéutica de oligopéptidos, con preferencia oligopéptidos cíclicos, en donde dicha composicion también comprende uno o varios compuestos lipofílicos y/o anfifílicos, en presencia o ausencia de agua como los ingredientes principales, al uso de los compuestos lipofílicos y/o anfifílicos para preparar composiciones farmacéuticas de dichos oligopéptidos y a métodos de preparacion de tal composicion farmacéutica. Reivindicacion 1: 1, Composicion que comprende a) 12 al 90% de al menos un oligopéptido, en donde dicho oligopéptido tiene una solubilidad en agua a 20 °C de entre 1 mg/ml y 20 mg/mI, b) 0,01 al 60% de uno o varios compuestos lipofílicos y/o anfifílicos que tienen un peso molar en el rango de 200 g/mol a 2000 g/mol y opcionalmente c) O al 89% de agua, con la condicion de que la suma de a), b) y c) sea de hasta el 40% o más de la composicion total.
