Abstract

Es una máquina extractora del tipo que posee un rodillo transversal que va enrollando la bolsa a medida que se extraen los granos almacenados en su interior, para ser, descargados en un camion tolva o lo equivalente, que avanza adyacente a la máquina extractora, para lo cual se recurre a un cabezal extractor que se aloja en el interior de la bolsa, que comprendiendo un sinfin elevador centralmente dispuesto que nace en correspondencia del fondo de la misma, combinado con un par de sinfines transversales (3) y (4) que se extienden a ambos costados actuando como recursos barredores que, durante el avance, orientan los granos hacia la línea central para que sean tomados por dicho sinfin elevador (5) que los eleva y descarga. El mando que entrega el tractor, se transmite a un eje de entrada (8) dispuesto inferiormente en el sector posterior de la máquina, el cual se dispone asociado a una cadena de transmision de subida (9), que lleva el movimiento a un eje principal horizontal de transmision (10) que se extiende, elevado, hasta la cara externa del cuerpo del sinfin elevador, donde se asocia con una cadena de transmision de bajada (11) que se extiende hasta una caja de transmision (12) que se ubica centralmente, en el extremo inferior, apoyado sobre el piso de fondo de la bolsa, en correspondencia de la cara frontal de la máquina, la cual tiene sus ejes de salida (13), (14) y (15), orientados en distintos sentidos direccionales, todos ellos definidos en un mismo plano vertical, que se acoplan, respectivamente con los ejes de los sinfines barredores transversales (3) y (4) y el sinfin elevador (5).It is an extractor machine of the type that has a transverse roller that rolls the bag as the grains stored inside it are extracted, to be, unloaded in a hopper truck or the equivalent, which advances adjacent to the extractor machine, for what which uses an extractor head that is housed inside the bag, comprising a centrally arranged lifting auger that is born in correspondence of the bottom of the bag, combined with a pair of transverse augers (3) and (4) they extend to both sides acting as sweeping resources that, during the advance, orient the grains towards the central line so that they are taken by said lifting auger (5) that elevates and unloads them.
