Abstract
Un método para medir la distribucion de tamanos de partícula en un material fluido, que incluye insertar un instrumento con un haz de láser directamente en la línea por donde fluye un fluido, donde el instrumento con el haz de láser enfoca un haz de láser en una ventana acoplada directamente a la línea por donde fluye el fluido, donde la línea por donde fluye el fluido comprende un fluido con una pluralidad de partículas de diferentes tamanos; medir un diámetro de por lo menos una partícula en la línea por donde fluye el fluido mediante la reflectancia de la por lo menos una partícula cuando la por lo menos una partícula pasa a través del haz de láser enfocado, y determinar la duracion de la reflexion de la por lo menos una partícula, y obtener un conteo de las partículas en cada uno de un grupo de rangos preestablecidos de tamanos de partícula, donde la cuenta de partículas se utiliza para determinar la distribucion de tamanos de partícula en la línea por donde fluye el fluido.
