Abstract

La presente se refiere a un agente de expansion particulado disperso, su proceso de obtencion, así como dispersiones de resina PVC que contiene ese agente de expansion particulado disperso y empleadas en la produccion de artefactos plásticos de PVC incluyendo, entre los mismos, espumas poliméricas de expansion. La presente representa una alternativa a la produccion de espumas poliméricas a partir de dispersiones de PVC presentando un nuevo concepto donde, inicialmente, se obtiene el agente químico de expansion particulado y disperso en un agente de particion y/o un agente de tratamiento de superficie y/o un agente de acoplamiento. El agente químico de expansion particulado disperso es, entonces, utilizado en la composicion de dispersiones de resinas de PVC que, cuando son utilizadas para la produccion de espumas poliméricas, generan productos con una mayor uniformidad de estructuras celulares respecto a su tamano, formato y distribucion. Esa mayor uniformidad garantiza las propiedades físicas de la espuma y, consecuentemente, aumenta la posibilidad de su utilizacion en diversos segmentos.This refers to a dispersed particulate expansion agent, its process of obtaining, as well as dispersions of PVC resin containing that dispersed particulate expansion agent and used in the production of PVC plastic artifacts including, among them, polymeric foams of expansion.
