Abstract

Se proporciona una composicion fungicida agrícola u hortícola que tiene un efecto de control de enfermedades de las plantas elevado, estabilizado. Reivindicacion 1: Un compuesto de piridilamidina representado por la formula (1), donde uno de :X1 y X2 representa N, y el otro representa CR3; Ar representa fenilo el cual puede estar sustituido con R6, 3,4-metilendioxifenilo, naftilo, 5,6,7,8-tetrahidro-2-naftilo, o piridilo el cual puede estar sustituido con R6; Z representa un enlace, O u OCH2; R1, R2, R3 y R6 cada uno representa independientemente un átomo de hidrogeno, alquilo C1-6, halo(alquilo C1-6), halogeno, alcoxi C1-6, halo(alcoxi C1-6), ciano, nitro, (alquilo C1-6)carbonilo, (alcoxi C1-6)carbonilo, o amino el cual puede estar sustituido con alquilo C1-6; R4 y R5 cada uno representa independientemente alquilo C1-6, siempre que (1) un compuesto donde X1 es CH, X2 es N, y ambos R4 y R5 son metilo, y (2) 6-cloro-3-ciano-2-dimetilamino-metilenamino-5-(pirid-4-il)piridina son excluidos; o su sal. Reivindicacion 4: Un compuesto de piridilamidina representado por la formula (2), donde Ar representa fenilo el cual puede estar sustituido con R6, 3,4-metilendioxifenilo, naftilo, 5,6,7,8-tetrahidro-2-naftilo, o piridilo el cual puede estar sustituido con R6; Z representa un enlace, O u OCH2; R1, R2, R3 y R6 cada uno representa independientemente un átomo de hidrogeno, alquilo C1-6, halo(alquilo C1-6), halogeno, alcoxi C1-6, halo(alcoxi C1-6), ciano, nitro, (alquilo C1-6)carbonilo, (alcoxi C1-6)carbonilo, o amino el cual puede estar sustituido con alquilo C1-6; R4 y R5 cada uno representa independientemente alquilo C1-6, siempre que el compuesto donde ambos R4 y R5 son metilo sea excluido; o su sal. Reivindicacion 8: Un método para producir el compuesto de piridilamidina representado por la formula (1) de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 1 o su sal, que comprende: hacer reaccionar un compuesto representado por la formula (3), donde uno de X1 y X2 representa N, y el otro representa CR3; Ar representa fenilo el cual puede estar sustituido con R6, 3,4-metilendioxifenilo, naftilo, 5,6,7,8-tetrahidro-2-naftilo, o piridilo el cual puede estar sustituido con R6; Z representa un enlace, O u OCH2; R1, R2, R3 y R6 cada uno representa independientemente un átomo de hidrogeno, alquilo halo(alquilo C1-6), halogeno, alcoxi C1-6, halo(alcoxi C1-6), ciano, nitro, (alquilo C1-6)carbonilo, (alcoxi C1-6)carbonilo, o amino el cual puede estar sustituido con alquilo C1-6; con orto triéster representado por la formula (4) donde B1, B2 y B3 cada uno representa independientemente alquilo o cicloalquilo, para obtener una mezcla de reaccion; y hacer reaccionar la mezcla de reaccion con un compuesto representado por la formula (5) donde R4 y R5 cada uno representa independientemente un átomo de hidrogeno, alquilo C1-6, halo(alquilo C1-6), halogeno, alcoxi C1-6, halo(alcoxi C1-6), ciano, nitro, (alquilo C1-6)carbonilo, (alcoxi C1-6)carbonilo, o amino el cual puede estar sustituido con alquilo C1-6.An agricultural or horticultural fungicidal composition is provided that has a high, stabilized plant disease control effect. Claim 1: A pyridylammidine compound represented by formula (1), wherein one of: X1 and X2 represents N, and the other represents CR3; Ar represents phenyl which may be substituted with R6, 3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl, naphthyl, 5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-2-naphthyl, or pyridyl which may be substituted with R6; Z represents a link, O or OCH2; R1, R2, R3 and R6 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, C1-6 alkyl, halo (C1-6 alkyl), halogen, C1-6 alkoxy, halo (C1-6 alkoxy), cyano, nitro, (alkyl C1-6) carbonyl, (C1-6 alkoxy) carbonyl, or amino which may be substituted with C1-6 alkyl; R4 and R5 each independently represent C1-6 alkyl, provided that (1) a compound where X1 is CH, X2 is N, and both R4 and R5 are methyl, and (2) 6-chloro-3-cyano-2- dimethylamino-methyleneamino-5- (pyrid-4-yl) pyridine are excluded; or its salt Claim 4: A pyridylammidine compound represented by formula (2), wherein Ar represents phenyl which may be substituted with R6, 3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl, naphthyl, 5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-2-naphthyl, or pyridyl which may be substituted with R6; Z represents a link, O or OCH2; R1, R2, R3 and R6 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, C1-6 alkyl, halo (C1-6 alkyl), halogen, C1-6 alkoxy, halo (C1-6 alkoxy), cyano, nitro, (alkyl C1-6) carbonyl, (C1-6 alkoxy) carbonyl, or amino which may be substituted with C1-6 alkyl; R4 and R5 each independently represent C1-6 alkyl, provided that the compound where both R4 and R5 are methyl is excluded; or its salt Claim 8: A method of producing the pyridylammidine compound represented by the formula (1) according to claim 1 or its salt, comprising: reacting a compound represented by the formula (3), wherein one of X1 and X2 represents N, and the other represents CR3; Ar represents phenyl which may be substituted with R6, 3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl, naphthyl, 5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-2-naphthyl, or pyridyl which may be substituted with R6; Z represents a link, O or OCH2; R1, R2, R3 and R6 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, halo alkyl (C1-6 alkyl), halogen, C1-6 alkoxy, halo (C1-6 alkoxy), cyano, nitro, (C1-6 alkyl) carbonyl, (C1-6 alkoxy) carbonyl, or amino which may be substituted with C1-6 alkyl; with ortho triester represented by the formula (4) where B1, B2 and B3 each independently represents alkyl or cycloalkyl, to obtain a reaction mixture; and reacting the reaction mixture with a compound represented by the formula (5) where R4 and R5 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, C1-6 alkyl, halo (C1-6 alkyl), halogen, C1-6 alkoxy, halo (C1-6 alkoxy), cyano, nitro, (C1-6 alkyl) carbonyl, (C1-6 alkoxy) carbonyl, or amino which may be substituted with C1-6 alkyl.
