La presente invencion se refiere a un procedimiento para la medicion de la excentricidad de una tubería de acero acabada al calor sin costuras durante el proceso de fabricacion, en el cual el tubo es fabricado como tubo hueco en bloque compuesto de un bloque masivo o a partir de un tubo hueco en bloque ya dispuesto, donde el bloque masivo o tubo hueco en bloque es calentado por sobre la temperatura Curie y es laminado bajo aplicacion de una herramienta interior y la herramienta interior presenta una temperatura por debajo de la temperatura Curie durante el proceso de laminado, y el bloque, o bien tubo hueco en bloque es transportado a través del laminador, o bien sobre la herramienta interior axial fija.
