Abstract

En un sistema de control de clima para edificios, se emplea un numero de fuentes de energía renovable (fotovoltaicas y/o eolicas, geotérmicas y similares) para obtener una corriente de un fluido a temperatura constante, para que circule en canos irradiantes ubicados en espacios continuos o huecos definidos en las paredes perimetrales y pisos de dichos edificios. Se crea un flujo variable y deseado de aire para que circule en dichos espacios o huecos, a ser calentado o enrollado por dichos canos irradiantes. Uno de los citados flujos de aire alcanza la temperatura deseada, su circulacion se detiene, para obtener una capa aislante térmica de aire, que esté en equilibrio térmico con las habitaciones cuyo ambiente ha de acondicionarse. En el ámbito de los edificios civiles, comerciales, industriales y también, prefabricados, que constan de importantes características de alto nivel de aislamiento térmico y acustico, se ha utilizado un método particular y simple para la realizacion de un sistema consistente en cavidades o huecos situados entre las superficies exteriores e interiores del edificio, que básicamente se basa en el tendido de una serie de paneles; es decir, planchas metálicas delgadas. En particular, unos ganchos adecuados, unidos a la estructura de clavijas y vigas, sustentan las barras horizontales, verticalmente alineadas, alrededor de las cuales se tiene una lámina metálica, preferiblemente, a modo de anillo continuo.
