Abstract

Reivindicacion 1: Método para la produccion de una tarjeta personal segura y su proceso de funcionamiento usando una tarjeta electronica o tarjeta inteligente o tarjeta con microchip o tarjeta con microprocesador, del tipo en forma de una tarjeta con contactos eléctricos (1) incluyendo un circuito y procesador CPU con al menos memoria de datos del usuario y un receptor de datos biométricos del usuario (2), todo ello integrado en el espesor de la tarjeta, donde se utilizan los datos biométricos almacenados en la tarjeta para hacer una comparacion con los datos biométricos recibidos en el momento de uso para permitir el funcionamiento normal, caracterizado por el hecho de que a) - al principio y una vez solo para la activacion de la tarjeta personal: - se realiza la generacion de la identificacion absoluta de los datos biométricos del usuario autorizado, dichos datos biométricos siendo almacenados en una memoria ilegible, almacenada internamente solo en dicha tarjeta haciendo que dichos datos sean absolutamente imposibles de leer o detectar o percibir fuera de dicha tarjeta, y - se realiza también la generacion y almacenamiento de datos personales del usuario y su codigo de acceso; b) - en la siguiente reutilizacion: - dichos datos biométricos son comparados solo internamente en dicha tarjeta con los datos de relectura corriente del usuario actual, para verificar si los datos de relectura presentes corresponden exactamente con aquellos almacenados previamente, dicha verificacion siendo realizada solo internamente en la tarjeta inteligente en comparacion con la memoria anterior de datos biométricos ilegible e inaccesible, y luego - permitir la verificacion e identificacion de dichos datos y codigo de acceso personales para continuar con el funcionamiento normal.Claim 1: Method for the production of a secure personal card and its operation process using an electronic card or smart card or microchip card or microprocessor card, of the type in the form of a card with electrical contacts (1) including a circuit and CPU processor with at least user data memory and a user biometric data receiver (2), all integrated into the thickness of the card, where the biometric data stored on the card is used to make a comparison with the biometric data received at the time of use to allow normal operation, characterized by the fact that a) - at the beginning and once only for the activation of the personal card: - the generation of the absolute identification of the user's biometric data is generated authorized, said biometric data being stored in an illegible memory, stored internally only on said card causing such data is absolutely impossible to read or detect or perceive outside said card, and - the generation and storage of personal data of the user and their access code is also performed; b) - in the following reuse: - said biometric data are compared only internally on said card with the current rereading data of the current user, to verify if the rereading data present correspond exactly with those previously stored, said verification being performed only internally on the smart card compared to the previous memory of illegible and inaccessible biometric data, and then - allow the verification and identification of said data and personal access code to continue with normal operation.
