Abstract

Proceso de obtencion de insumo cosmético antiperspirante se inicia al reaccionar ácido clorhídrico en solucion acuosa con aluminio metálico activado en condiciones restringidas y controladas de produccion, obteniendo clorhidrato de aluminio en solucion; siendo que para esa reaccion se parte de la preparacion de las materias primas, donde: la solucion de ácido clorhídrico es preparada a partir de la dilucion en agua potable de ácido clorhídrico concentrado mantenido bajo agitacion hasta dicha concentracion de 12,00 a 28,09 % de ácido clorhídrico en peso a una densidad específica de 1,0574 a 1,1426; siendo que el aluminio metálico activado puede ser preparado a partir de aluminio primario o aluminio reciclado; teniendo las materias primas arriba preparadas para promover la reaccion de las mismas en una proporcion de 1,9 a 2,1 de Al con 1,0 a 1,5 CI de modo que la solucion de ácido clorhídrico diluida sea adicionada en porciones definidas o en flujo continuo hasta su término, a una presion ambiente o controlada; siendo que dicha reaccion es exotérmica y se prolonga por diversas horas, de modo que luego la reaccion se filtra con un medio filtrante donde se hace el ajuste final con agua potable de acuerdo con la concentracion deseada.Process of obtaining antiperspirant cosmetic input is started by reacting hydrochloric acid in aqueous solution with activated metallic aluminum under restricted and controlled production conditions, obtaining aluminum hydrochloride in solution; being that for that reaction it is based on the preparation of the raw materials, where: the hydrochloric acid solution is prepared from the dilution in concentrated water of concentrated hydrochloric acid kept under stirring until said concentration from 12.00 to 28.09 % hydrochloric acid by weight at a specific density of 1.0574 to 1.1426; being that the activated metallic aluminum can be prepared from primary aluminum or recycled aluminum; having the raw materials prepared above to promote their reaction in a ratio of 1.9 to 2.1 Al with 1.0 to 1.5 CI so that the dilute hydrochloric acid solution is added in defined portions or in continuous flow until its end, at an ambient or controlled pressure; being that said reaction is exothermic and lasts for several hours, so that the reaction is then filtered with a filter medium where the final adjustment is made with drinking water according to the desired concentration.
