Abstract

Cobertura naval formada por una estructura espacial en forma de voladizo (1), cuyo perfil presenta un formato en forma de ala, compuesta de varios soportes igualmente arqueados (2), dispuestos lado a lado y preferentemente en forma equidistante, cuyos extremos inferiores se fijan en amarres adecuados de tipo concreto o estaca (3) que pueden o no formar parte integrante de un muelle usual (4), donde dichos soportes se alinean en forma paralela y del lado opuesto al borde de atraque en dicho muelle, nacen en posicion casi vertical a partir del piso o cimiento y describen una curvatura que concuerda con varios radios diferentes y sustancialmente extensos, que cooperan para que cada soporte presente una reduccion gradual en la dimension de su seccion transversal, de manera que el extremo superior de cada uno de ellos pueda sugerir liviandad y resistencia, cooperando para que el conjunto, al ser visto de lado, presente un perfil en forma de ala, sobre la cual se extienden los laminados impermeables (5) dispuestos de manera de unir dichos soportes, los cuales se estructuran mediante complementos de enrejado en forma de largueros (6), de manera de formar un vano cubierto totalmente libre en sentido longitudinal adecuada para ser utilizada en diferentes muelles donde los buques atracan de costado, por babor o estribor, pudiendo ajustarse la longitud sin modificaciones al proyecto básico gracias a su construccion modular mediante la variacion del numero de soportes (2).
