Abstract
Un método simplificado para la creacion de colectores solares parabolicos de cubeta (1) compuestos por un elemento laminar reflectante (15) que tiene una superficie anterior (16) y una superficie posterior (17), que comprende los siguientes pasos: (a) disponer la superficie posterior (17) de dicho elemento laminar reflectante (15) substancialmente plano sobre un soporte rígido (11) compuesto por al menos dos nervaduras (12) de espesor reducido, paralelas, conformadas de acuerdo con una misma parábola y dispuestas paralelamente entre sí de tal modo que las parábolas se corresponden con las secciones de una superficie cilíndrica con seccion parabolica, y aplicar una presion creciente sobre dicha superficie anterior (16) hasta que el elemento laminar reflectante (15) se doble elásticamente de acuerdo con dichas nervaduras paralelas y parabolicas(12); (b) ligar el elemento laminar reflectante (15) doblado elásticamente a dichas por lo menos dos nervaduras paralelas y parabolicas (12) y/o al soporte rígido (11) mediante medios de ligadura (14, 14').A simplified method for the creation of parabolic tray solar collectors (1) composed of a reflective laminar element (15) having an anterior surface (16) and a posterior surface (17), comprising the following steps: (a) arrange the rear surface (17) of said substantially flat reflective sheet element (15) on a rigid support (11) composed of at least two ribs (12) of reduced thickness, parallel, formed according to the same parabola and arranged parallel to each other such that the parabolas correspond to the sections of a cylindrical surface with parabolic section, and apply increasing pressure on said anterior surface (16) until the reflective laminar element (15) bends elastically in accordance with said parallel ribs and parabolic (12); (b) bind the elastically folded reflective sheet element (15) to said at least two parallel and parabolic ribs (12) and / or to the rigid support (11) by ligating means (14, 14 ').
