Abstract

Comprende las siguientes etapas principales: primera, paso (a) troquelado de las plantillas de planchas de carton corrugado que se dispone con sus ondas dispuestas perpendicularmente a las líneas de plegamiento, donde las plantillas corresponden a los parantes largos y cortos integrantes del reticulado de soporte de a tapa base; la segunda etapa de armado se divide en tos siguientes pasos: el -b- que consiste en el plegado a 90° de la plantilla a lo largo de las líneas dobles de menor resistencia -6-; el -c- donde sigue el plegado en 180° hacia adentro de ambos extremos de la plantilla segun las líneas de menor resistencia -5-; el -d- en el cual se inicia el plegado por la restante línea doble -6- de menor resistencia; se continua con el paso -e- en el cual se rebaten sobre el plano central remanente, las dos zonas ya plegadas; sigue completándose el plegado definitivo por la doble línea de menor resistencia central -7-, para terminar el parante largo, donde todos los dobleces se van pegando mediante un adhesivo elegido preferentemente entre los de tipo hot melt o vinílico: tercera, encastrado y pegado entre sí de ambos parantes cortos y largos en la cantidad necesaria para integrar el reticulado base y cuarta, pegado de la tapa base.
