Abstract

La presente se refiere a un método para la determinacion de intensidad de olores por medio de una nariz electronica ya la nariz electronica para realizarlo. La novedad del método consiste en el reconocimiento de la intensidad de un aroma a través de un proceso previo de parametrizacion de los sensores e implementarlo luego en el controlador de la nariz. El método consta en tomar muestras de aromas del mismo olor pero distinta intensidad, afectar las senales de los sensores para que los parámetros sean crecientes en correspondencia a las intensidades crecientes de los aromas, interpolar los valores afectados de los sensores para obtener una formula para programar la nariz que se usará para determinar intensidades, con dicha formula obtener el valor de la intensidad y mostrar dichos resultados a través de un sistema de visualizacion. La nariz electronica de la presente, es portátil, consta de una cámara donde se alojan los sensores oftatométricos que responden a los aromas, una bomba de aire que hace circular el gas que contiene el aroma a medir, un controlador para procesar las senales de los sensores y comunicar los resultados de las mediciones, un sistema de visualizacion luminoso y sonoro. Una aplicacion de la presente es la determinacion de olores que indican el estado de conservacion de alimentos.This refers to a method for the determination of intensity of odors by means of an electronic nose and the electronic nose to perform it. An application of this is the determination of odors that indicate the state of food preservation.
