Abstract

Sensor bolométrico de alta sensibilidad capaz de ser realizado con técnicas de microfabricacion, siendo dicho sensor factible de ser dispuesto en un arreglo bidimensional, con un alto factor de llenado. El mismo está constituido por al menos una plataforma (2) captadora de radiacion electromagnética definiéndose un canal en su parte central capaz de permitir posicionar en su interior al menos dos barras (4) sujetas a dicha plataforma por uno de sus extremos y por los extremos restantes a respectivos elementos de anclaje (5) a un sustrato ubicado por debajo de dicha plataforma (2). Dichas barras (4) disponen de al menos una reduccion de seccion (6, 7), siendo preferiblemente dichas reducciones de seccion (6, 7) dos en cada barra y ubicadas en los extremos de las mismas.Bolometric sensor of high sensitivity capable of being made with microfabrication techniques, said sensor being feasible to be arranged in a two-dimensional arrangement, with a high filling factor.
