Abstract
Tambor de 300 o menos kgs, pintado interiormente con barniz especial, epoxis aliomenticio, con calentador y termostato por fuera con temperatura entre 38°C a 40°C; temperatura permitida, para que no pierda las propiedades naturales de la miel; con canilla vertedora, para optimizar el fraccionamiento, resultando más economico, más funcional, adecuandose a los tiempos y necesidades del usuario. El tambor se debe ubicar sobre un banco de hierro estructural, con la separacion suficiente de la canilla, al recipiente que se desea fraccionar. Actuando por decantacion de arriba hacia abajo al calentar la miel.
