Abstract

1- Se divulga un compuesto para construir recipientes impermeables que comprende 23 a 43% de cemento blanco CP50, 34 a 54% de arena fina y seca, libre de impurezas, 12 a 32% de mármol molido malla entre 80 y 120; 1,8 a 2% del peso del cemento de impermeabilizante/plastificante en polvo; pudiendo contener además cemento gris CP40, acelerante de fragüe sin cloruro, ferrites. 2- Se divulga un procedimiento para construir recipientes impermeables, utilizando el compuesto que antecede. a) Mezclar materiales en seco; b) aceitar molde; c) incorporar agua a la mezcla y amasar; d) aplicar sobre la superficie interna del molde; e) modelar curvatura interior; f) alisar; g) modelar borde; h) hacer rebajes; i) humedecer; j) incrustar insertos; k) Terminaciones: a- Bordes: Para plano dejar superficie lisa. Para redondeado, esponjar. b- Torneado interior; l) Secado: 24 hs; m) Desmoldar y lijar. n) Mojar y dejar secar mínimo 4 días; o Terminaciones: 2 a 3 manos de siliconas por dentro máximo de 6 horas entre manos - pintura impermeabilizante transparente por fuera; p) aplicar cera en pasta; q) lustrar. 3- Se divulga un recipiente impermeabilizante obtenido con el compuesto y el procedimiento que anteceden: Recipiente cuyo interior es concavo y posee un orificio central, la superficie interior es lisa, el espesor mínimo es de 1 cm. Borde superior de formas variadas. Variantes: rebajes o ensanchamientos por debajo del borde; bordes planos o redondeados; molduras; interiores lisos o son incrustaciones; el exterior puede ser una seccion de semiesfera de distinta curvatura que el interior y truncada, resultando apoyo plano o puede ser prismático o cilíndrico. 4- Se divulgan los usos del recipiente impermeable obtenido.
