Abstract
Un método para iniciar un proceso para producir hidrocarburos normalmente gaseosos, líquidos y opcionalmente, normalmente solidos a partir de una fuete de hidrocarburo que incluye las siguientes etapas: (1) Producir vapor de alta presion (HP), preferiblemente vapor HP sobrecalentado, por medio de al menos un generador de turbina de gas y opcionalmente una o más calderas a las cuales se vierte una fuete de hidrocarburos; (2) Reducir la presion de al menos parte del vapor HP producido segun la etapa 1 a un vapor de presion de medio (HP); (3) utilizar al menos parte del vapor MP producido segun la etapa 2 para operar un compresor; (4) utilizar el compresor para operar uno o más medios para comprimir y opcionalmente separar un gas que contiene oxígeno; (5) Utilizar al menos parte del gas que contiene oxígeno para convertir una fuente de hidrocarburo en gas de síntesis; (6) Convertir el gas de síntesis producido segun la etapa 5 exotérmicamente al rango de hidrocarburos normalmente gaseosos, normalmente líquidos, y opcionalmente normalmente productos hidrocarburos solidos en la reaccion de Fischer-Tropach; (7) Controlar la temperatura de reaccion de la etapa 6 por intercambio de calor indirecto del medio de reaccion con agua; el agua se convierte en vapor saturado (vapor FT); (8) Separar los productos hidrocarburo producidos en la etapa 6 en una corriente de productos liviano (que incluye cualquier gas de síntesis sin convertir y al menos parte de productos hidrocarburos normalmente gaseosos) y corriente de productos pesado (que incluye el producto hidrocarburo normalmente solido y normalmente líquido) (9) Verter al menos parte de la corriente de producto liviano a uno o más generadores de turbina de gas para formar gas de combustion y expandir dicho gas de combustion a través de una cámara de expansion del generador de turbina de gas para formar gas de combustion caliente y energía; (10) Calentar el agua caldera fuente por intercambio de calor con gas de combustion caliente para producir vapor de alta presion adicional (HP), preferiblemente sobrecalentado; (11) Enfriar y/o condensar al menos una parte del vapor producido en la etapa 10 de un intercambiador de calor contra al menos una parte del vapor Ft producido en la etapa 7 para producir vapor MP adicional para utilizar para generar energía eléctrica y/o mecánica para las etapas 1 a 10; y opcionalmente (12) reducir la presion de al menos parte del vapor HP sobrecalentado producido segun la etapa 10 a un vapor de presion de medio (MP) para utilizar en las etapas anteriores.A method to initiate a process to produce normally gaseous, liquid and optionally, normally solid hydrocarbons from a hydrocarbon source that includes the following steps: (1) Produce high pressure (HP) steam, preferably superheated HP steam, by means of at least one gas turbine generator and optionally one or more boilers to which a hydrocarbon source is poured; (2) Reduce the pressure of at least part of the HP vapor produced according to step 1 to a medium pressure vapor (HP); (3) use at least part of the MP steam produced according to step 2 to operate a compressor; (4) use the compressor to operate one or more means to compress and optionally separate an oxygen-containing gas; (5) Use at least part of the oxygen-containing gas to convert a hydrocarbon source into synthesis gas; (6) Convert the synthesis gas produced according to step 5 exothermically to the range of normally gaseous, normally liquid hydrocarbons, and optionally normally solid hydrocarbons in the Fischer-Tropach reaction; (7) Control the reaction temperature of step 6 by indirect heat exchange of the reaction medium with water; water becomes saturated steam (FT steam); (8) Separate the hydrocarbon products produced in step 6 into a stream of light products (which includes any unconverted synthesis gas and at least part of normally gaseous hydrocarbon products) and heavy product stream (which includes the normally solid hydrocarbon product and normally liquid) (9) Pour at least part of the light product stream into one or more gas turbine generators to form combustion gas and expand said combustion gas through an expansion chamber of the gas turbine generator to form hot combustion gas and energy; (10) Heating the source boiler water by heat exchange with hot combustion gas to produce additional high pressure (HP) steam, preferably superheated; (11) Cooling and / or condensing at least a part of the steam produced in step 10 of a heat exchanger against at least a part of the steam Ft produced in step 7 to produce additional MP steam to be used to generate electric power and / or mechanics for stages 1 to 10; and optionally (12) reduce the pressure of at least part of the superheated HP steam produced according to step 10 to a medium pressure vapor (MP) for use in the previous stages.
